我校醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院尹會(huì)龍博士在國(guó)際著名期刊《PLOS Biology》雜志上發(fā)表題為“Loss of the m6A methyltransferase METTL3 in monocyte-derived macrophages ameliorates Alzheimer's disease pathology in mice”的研究論文。該研究所揭示的機(jī)制給我們提供了阿爾茲海默病發(fā)生的新解釋，也為設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的靶向藥物提供具有啟發(fā)性的思路，有望改善AD病人的癥狀，給AD病人帶來福音。（供稿：劉天慶）
